I'd suggest the animal is terrified. Anger and terror can look the same to someone who isn't thinking too hard about how the animal must feel, with a strange object pointed at it, which it is obviously quite afraid of...Plus it isn't exactly a domesticated animal to begin with. Dangerous game...Yeah. Why not. Let's make a semi-wild animal even more savage. Of course, training it to attack stupid people with video cameras might eliminate one problem in the world...:)
