This is definately not Iraq, I have been to this McDonalds, it is in Kuwait. Someones Poor attempt to be funny, and cool.

That looks a lot like Kuwait, and I think all the Iraq bases only have Burger King. But I haven't been to every base in Iraq. Yet.

This is base Ali Al Salen in Kuwait. I have not seen a FOB yet in Iraq with a MCDonalds

Confirmed. This is at the Ali Al Salem LSA. I was stationed there for a deployment.
